Wellbeing Weekdays

The Wellbeing Weekdays team are in the Youth Centre Wednesdays and Thursdays. Come along to one of their exercise sessions – no need to book, just £2 payable on the day. There are no classes during school holidays.

WEDNESDAYS   –   Keep Fit at 11.30   –   Yoga at 1.45   –   Ballroom Dancing at 3.30

THURSDAYS   –   Pilates at 12.30   –   Fitsteps at 2.00

A great way to keep active and meet new friends.
